MACHINE UPDATES

JANOME UPDATES, PLEASE READ

Dear All,
Please be informed that the Global-site will be updated later this week.
This update includes Windows 7 and 64-bit compatibility with the following:
1. DigitizerPro/MB Version 3.0N Update
2. DigitizerJr Version 3.0K Update
3. Windows 7 / 64-bit compatibility kit for DigitizerPro/MB V 2.0 4. Customizer 11000 Version 1.50 Update 5. MC11KTools Version 3.10 Update
A machine update for the MB-4 to Version 1.30 is also included in this update.
Please inform your dealers and customers that if they downloaded the previous DigitizerPro/MB Version 3.0M Update they must update to Version 3.0N.
In a related item, we just noticed that the version 1.02 of MC200E has not been uploaded onto Global-site yet. It solves the problems regarding reading/writing USB memory keys on the MC200E. Unfortunately, since it was not ready to be uploaded in time for this update, we are attaching the program separately. Please provide it to your users who have been experiencing problems writing/reading USB memory keys on their MC200E.
Upgrade Notes for MC200E V1.02 update:
This upgrade program is available for owners of the Memory Craft 200E Version 1.00 or 1.01. Before installing, please check the current version number of your MC200E.
Instructions:
1. Download the two files ("program.dat" and "resource.dat") to an empty USB memory key directly.
2. Insert the USB memory key into the MC200E.
3. Turn the power switch ON.
4. Once the "Press Start/Stop button" message appears, press the S/S button.
5. The machine will automatically start updating.
6. Once the "Finish" message appears, turn the power switch OFF and remove the USB memory key from the MC200E.
7. Turn the power switch ON again and check that Version 1.02 appears on the screen.

DONGLE DRIVER FOR 4D SOFTWARE
1. Go to the http://www.husqvarnaviking.com/us/ website.
2. Left Click on 4D Software (left side of screen).
3. Scroll down and left-click Help & Updates.
4. Left-click on View other Useful Software (red text under "Other Useful Software").
5. Left-click on donload the latest HASP Dongle Drivers (red text under "HASP Dongle Drivers") to download and save in a folderon your hard drive. Once it is saved, then double-click on the file to install. Be sure that your dongle is in a USB port on your computer.
6. Left-click on download the HASP firmware update (red text under "HASP Firmware Update"). Do the same with this update. This is the newest update of the latest version of the 4F Software.
7. If you are using Vista, then you can install the Vista driver right from the DVD that you used to install your 4D Software.

To install files: Right click on the apropriate link. When the menu apears click on "Save Target As...". Save the file to your computer somewhere you will remember! Desktop usually works best. Once the file has finished saving to your computer double click on the file then follow the prompts to install the file. For the zipped files you'll have to unzip them then double click and follow the prompts. (Usually you just have to double click and your computer will unzip it for you in a new window. Double click on that file to install.)
